The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has issued Labor Advisory No. 11, Series of 2026, Payment of Wages for the Regular Holiday on 12 June 2026 (Independence Day), reminding employers of the proper holiday pay rules and wage computations in observance of the regular holiday on June 12.
Employers are encouraged to ensure compliance with the prescribed labor standards governing employee compensation during the holiday.
For guidance on wage computation, please refer to DOLE Labor Advisory No. 11, Series of 2026.
Regular Holiday – June 12, 2026 (Friday)

| 4. Work on Holiday that is also Employee’s Rest Day | (Basic Wage x 200% x 130%) |
