Dear PMAPer,
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) issued Labor Advisory No. 08–26 on the submission of the 2025 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW).
Pursuant to Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, all private establishments are required to submit an annual verified itemized listing of their labor component, including the corresponding salaries and wages of employees.
Submission of the report is open from May 15, 2026 to August 31, 2026 through the AERW online portal at aerw.nwpc.dole.gov.ph/. The portal may also be accessed through the DOLE Online Compliance Portal at reports.dole.gov.ph/.
The AERW report for calendar year 2025 shall be as of December 31, 2025.
