Dear Fellow PMAPers:
Please be informed that the deadline for filing Certificates of Candidacy (COCs) for all positions has been extended until October 31. 2026, at 6:00 PM.
Kindly note that the number of official candidates for the election scheduled on November 23–25, 2026, must be at least equal to the number of open positions.
For your information and guidance.
Three (3) Trustees are to be chosen by the PMAP Chapters as their representatives to the PMAP Board.
Please remember that any PMAP member nominating a qualified candidate must accomplish and submit the nomination form. Self-nominations are also welcome. All forms must be submitted to the PMAP Center in Mandaluyong City or emailed to paul.tagam@pmap.org.ph no later than 6:00 PM on October 31, 2026.
Attached are the election guidelines, certificate of candidacy, and nomination form for the candidates to the 2027 Officers and Board of Trustees.
We would like you to observe the following important dates in connection with the 2026 election:
1. Deadline for filing of Candidacy shall be on October 31, 2026
2. Screening of Candidates shall be on November 3, 2026
3. List of qualified candidates shall be released on November 3, 2026
4. Orientation of the Candidates shall be on November 4, 2026
5. Campaign period shall be from November 5 to November 20, 2026
6. Online Candidates’ Forum shall be on November 06, 2026. 2:00 to 4:00 PM
7. Election of Chapters Representative to PMAP Board shall be on October 21, 2026
8. Voting will start on November 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM and will close on November 25, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
9. PMAP November GMM and announcement of election results shall be Nov. 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM
10. Release of Election Results – December 2, 2026
