SUBJECT   :Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026 Extending the Deadline to May 15, 2026 for the Filing of 2025 Annual Income Tax Returns, Payment of the Corresponding Taxes Due Thereon, and Submission of Required Attachments

Dear PMAPer,

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026, extending the deadline for filing 2025 Annual Income Tax Returns (AITR), paying taxes due, and submitting required attachments to May 15, 2026 (RMC No. 30-2026).

The extension aims to ease tax compliance amid current challenges. Taxpayers may file electronically via BIR e-services or manually through Authorized Agent Banks.
