The Business Case for Leveraging on Filipino Values: Embedding Malasakit in the Flow of Work and Life.
For our last plenary roundtable discussion, our panelists shared with us the importance of integrating Filipino values in leading their companies. For some, the practice of “Malasakit” may come as an added burden but for Filipinos, this is a value that comes naturally for us which allows us to create and sustain relationships that will build the commitment of employees to their employers.
