The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board–National Capital Region (RTWPB-NCR) has issued Wage Order No. NCR-27, providing for a minimum wage increase for private workers in the National Capital Region. The wage order was issued pursuant to the Board’s mandate under the Wage Rationalization Act to periodically review and determine minimum wage rates, taking into consideration prevailing economic conditions and the welfare of workers and employers.
