Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in (Instructional Design, Information Technology, Multimedia/Graphics Design , Organization Development) or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge in training solution design, instructional design processes for both traditional and online training development, and training evaluation.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
• Knowledge of computer technologies and the technical processes involved
• Experience in Video Editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Vyond, etc.
• Experience in Learning Management Systems
• Knowledgeable in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.
• Proficient in both traditional and virtual training facilitation
