Dear Valued PMAP members,
I am sincerely grateful to member-companies like you who have been our partners for our advocacies and initiatives all these years. PMAP would not have grown without your unwavering commitment and support.
A big part of PMAP’s growth is through its prudent and ethical way of managing our resources, one of which would be our financial resource. We are able to sustain for 68 productive and fruitful years due to combined factors such as: membership dues, annual conference revenues, training programs and research unit initiatives among others. Each year, we work together to achieve our goals on each of our advocacies and initiatives. In relation to our membership dues, we have had the practice of adjusting this into a non-fixed term.
In the past, adjustment was made in 3 to 5 years. The rationale for this cycle is primarily to make a reasonable contribution to the yearly overall growth of the Association. However, we are being tansparent to our members that it has been 8 years now since we made an increase in our membership dues. PMAP through, its voluntary officers, have been prudent in managing the current PhP10, 000.00 dues which is being duly paid by every member. Due to the recurring increases, the amount generated cannot suffice as the total services given to members are worth PhP 35,858.48. Today, we see the dire need to seriously consider the increase of our dues as we all wish for PMAP to continuously grow and serve our members.
