The following Labor Advisory contains guidelines that apply to all employees in the private sector, particularly those with employees who have children aged 0-59 months old. Moreover, this is pursuant to Article 5 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended, and in support of the government’s nationwide Measles-Rubella and Oral Polio Vaccine Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-OPV SIA) on May 1-31, 2023.
