PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

This practical and application—based program will enable participants to improve their training and development competencies. It will introduce them to the ADDIE Model of Instructional Design, and encourage them to apply various training strategies, methods and tools to the company’s programs and to their role. It aims to benefit organizations by increasing the impact of training and development efforts while simplifying its use.

  • Use a methodical approach to designing learning interventions & testing the effectiveness of your designs
  • Apply the latest research on instructional design effectiveness to strengthen the impact of your training delivery
