Overview:

This program equips leaders with the mindset and skills needed to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and rapid change. Participants will learn to differentiate complicated and complex challenges, develop a strong leadership brand, and apply the Four Practices of Adaptive Leadership: Sensing emerging trends, Responding proactively through innovation, Bouncing Forward with resilience, and Discovering Purpose to guide teams and organizations toward sustained success in a disruptive world.

– Differentiating problems in a disruptive world( Are the problems we are solving complicated or complex?)

– The value of having a clear leadership brand

– The Four Practices of the Adaptive Leader

• SENSING- the ability to separate signals from noise to make the organization future-ready. Strong signals for change are glimpses of the future. Adaptive leaders are sensitive to these signals before they even become a trend. 
•  RESPONDING- To respond is not to react. Responding is proactive. To respond is to try out new ideas fast in order to adapt to a fast-changing environment. Rapid prototyping will be presented as a way to respond, to thrive in an uncertain environment.

• BOUNCING FORWARD- This is about resilience and grit. It is about not giving up when things get tough. It is about learning and growing from mistakes and failures. 
•  DISCOVERING PURPOSE- Purpose defines what the organization is all about- what it stands for and what it believes in. In short, it is the organization’s north star. During turbulent times, the north star should shine more brightly so that leaders don’t get lost. A clear and inspiring organizational purpose is needed in our journey to success.
