Leadership in Motion Philippines is offering the Shared Leadership Team Coach Certification Program® (TCCP®) this year, partnering with the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). Cohort 32 starts on April 06, 2024.

TCCP® embeds Action-Reflection-Learning® (ARL®) and Shared Leadership Disciplines® in its curriculum. Becoming a Shared Leadership Team Coach will change your life, your team, your organization and open new career opportunities – allowing you to help any team anywhere, increase its potential, and make a difference for a Better World.

Designed for leaders, team members, HRBPs, L&D and OD professionals and coaches, TCCP® is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Level 1 Coaching Education and CCE (Continuing Coach Education).
