Session Description:

Remote work and digital transformation have changed the nature of jobs and the skills required for them. The ability for a workforce to learn new skills, model new behavior’s, and adapt continuously is key to an organization’s sustained success. In addition to digital skills, soft skills such as strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, resilience, and agility, have become increasingly critical.

Online learning has torn down the walls of limited access and limited options to learning, as most people can now access content across the world in the comfort of their own homes and offices. As people learn in the flow of work, they are starting to get used to short, bite-sized learning and on-demand content, which they can consume at a pace that suits them. 

Based on the recent Job Skills of 2023 Report and Skills Compass Report 2023 by Coursera, this session shall help you identify skill gaps and identify skills that will transform talent and drive innovation at the workplace by listing both fastest-growing digital skills and fastest-growing human skills, and help you understand more why both human and digital skills will only become more interdependent.
