Program Overview

 

This two-day online program equips participants with the knowledge, mindset, and practical tools to understand, lead, and manage organizational change effectively. Participants will explore why people resist change, how to communicate change, and how leaders can help individuals and teams transition successfully.

Module 4: Understanding and Managing Resistance

  • Why people resist change
  • Individual versus organizational resistance
  • Signs of resistance
  • Constructive and destructive resistance
  • Strategies for addressing resistance

Module 5: The Role of Leaders and Managers in Change
