This two-day workshop is designed to equip managers with the essential leadership skills necessary to effectively lead teams, drive performance, and foster a positive organizational culture. Through a combination of interactive discussions, practical exercises, and case studies, participants will learn leadership techniques that enhance communication, decision-making, and team motivation. Day 2: Advanced Leadership Techniques and Personal Growth

o Techniques for analyzing and solving complex issues.
o Encouraging a problem-solving mindset in teams.
o Group activity: Solving a leadership problem using a structured approach.
o Exploring intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
o Techniques for fostering engagement and enthusiasm within teams.
o Practical exercise: Creating a team motivation plan.
o The role of a leader as a coach and mentor.
