Course Description

Training and development (T&D) should be considered an investment in organizations. T&D impacts performance of organizations by equipping their people with competencies required by the strategic thrusts and operations of these organizations. T&D is a way to learn and apply necessary competencies on job performance. As such, resources used in T&D are justified in terms of how it improves job, work unit, and organizational performance.
