Foundations of Connect-Protect-Restore (CPR) Stress First Aid is a foundational training that equips organizational leaders and managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools for detecting, assessing, and effectively responding to stress reactions and chronic stress in the workplace. It provides a perspective on stress and mental health, the science of stress regulation, and skills for connecting, protecting, and restoring confidence and competence among team members. It also emphasizes the importance of self and team care practices to enhance stress resilience in oneself and the workplace community.
