Certificate in Labor Relations (CLR -SBCA)

NOTE: This certificate program will run for 8 consecutive Saturdays in a blended learning setup (until further notice; (8AM – 12PM is an Online Class while the Afternoon session can be individual or group workshops or tasks to be done offline per facilitator’s instruction)

This course aims to provide participants with a thorough appreciation and understanding of various legal provisions of the Labor Code that affect the employee’s pre-employment, employment and post-employment status. It also covers various alternatives in handling labor relations issues.

At the end of the session, participants would be able to understand the historical and legal basis in the existence and application of the Labor Code in the area of Human Resource Management.
