Developing Coaching Capability for Modern Organizations
In collaboration with the Asian Institute of Human Resource Management (AIHRM) of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and International Coaching Federation Philippines(ICFP), this program is designed to develop Workplace Coaches who can effectively support learning, performance, and growth within organizations.
The Workplace Coach Certification Program is ICF-aligned (based on global coaching standards), though it is not an ICF-accredited program. It provides a recognized developmental pathway for HR professionals and line leaders to build coaching capability and become certified workplace coaches equipped to handle coachable moments in everyday organizational life.
Program Overview
This program prepares participants to integrate coaching into leadership and workplace practice through three core learning pillars:
Developing the Coaching Mindset
Developing a coaching mindset means cultivating a way of thinking, listening, and relating to people that promotes growth, awareness, and empowerment — rather than directing, fixing, or judging.
