Registration is now open for the PMAP AugmentHR: Phase 1 – AI Fluency Program, a FREE one-month learning initiative under the PMAP’s AI and Innovation Committee.
The program is designed to help HR professionals and people leaders build AI Fluency as the foundation for AI Agency and future-ready organizational capability.

1. What is the PMAP AI Fluency Program?
The PMAP AI Fluency Program is a FREE one-month blended learning experience designed to
help HR professionals and people leaders build practical AI Fluency—the foundation for future
AI Agency and AI-driven organizational capability building.
The program is aligned with PMAP's HumanITy thrust, ensuring that humans remain at the heart of technology transformation.
2. Who can join the program?
The program is open exclusively to active PMAP members whose membership dues are fully paid.
Eligible participants include:
* Individual PMAP Members
* Corporate PMAP Members
3. How many participants are allowed per company?
Corporate PMAP Members may enroll up to three (3) participants per company.
Additional participants may be accommodated subject to slot availability and committee
approval.
4. Is the program really FREE?
Yes. The program is FREE for qualified PMAP members.
Participants will receive access to selected learning platforms and live facilitation sessions at no
cost.
5. What will participants learn?
Participants will learn how to:
* Understand AI fundamentals relevant to HR and the future of work
* Apply AI tools to improve productivity and HR workflows
* Practice responsible and ethical use of AI in the workplace
* Develop AI-supported decision-making capability
6. What are the benefits of joining?
Participants will receive:

7. How long is the program?
The formal AI Fluency Program runs for one (1) month.
8. Will access to IBM SkillsBuild end after one month?
No. Access to IBM SkillsBuild is perpetual, provided that:
* The participant remains an active PMAP member
* The account remains active and is used regularly
Accounts that remain inactive for three (3) consecutive months may be recommended for
deactivation.
9. What is the program format?
The program uses a blended learning approach:
* Live online facilitation sessions
* Self-paced online modules
* Learning activities and outputs
10. Are the live sessions mandatory?
Yes. Participants are expected to attend all required live sessions as part of the completion requirements.
Session schedules will be announced in advance.
11. What happens if I miss a live session?
Session recordings may be provided for learning purposes. However, recordings do not fully
replace the attendance requirement for completion and certification.
12. What are the requirements for successful completion?
To successfully complete the program, participants must:
✅ Attend the required live sessions
✅ Complete 100% of the required modules
✅ Submit at least one (1) applied AI output or use case
13. What certificate will participants receive?
Participants who complete all requirements will receive:
✅ Certificate of Completion – PMAP AI Fluency Program
14. What happens if I do not finish the program?
Participants who:
* Register but do not participate
* Fail to complete the required modules
* Fail to meet attendance requirements
may be tagged as:
* No-Show
* Incomplete
Participants who do not complete the program may not receive a Certificate of Completion and
may receive lower priority in future PMAP AI programs.
15. Can participants be substituted?
Participant substitution is allowed only before the official start of Week 1. Once the program begins, substitutions are no longer allowed.
16. Will there be limited slots?
Yes. Slots are limited and will be processed on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis, subject to
membership validation and company allocation limits.
17. What happens if slots are already full?
Qualified registrants may be placed on a waitlist.
Waitlisted participants may be accommodated if slots become available before the start of the
program.
18. Will participant progress be monitored?
Yes. Participant engagement, attendance, module completion, and outputs may be monitored as part of the program implementation and evaluation.
19. Will companies receive reports?
For Corporate Members, PMAP may provide participation and completion reports to participating companies.
20. What is expected from participants?
Participants are expected to:
* Attend sessions actively
* Complete required modules on time
* Practice professional and respectful behavior
* Apply AI responsibly and ethically
* Avoid sharing confidential company information in outputs or discussions
21. What happens after AI Fluency?
The AI Fluency Program is Phase 1 of PMAP’s broader AI capability-building journey.
Successful completers may be prioritized for:
✅ Advanced AI programs
✅ AI Agency pathways
✅ Future PMAP AI initiatives and certifications
22. Who can participants contact for technical concerns?
Technical support details and communication channels will be provided upon enrollment.
Participants are also responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and device access
during the program.

PMAP believes that AI Fluency is becoming a foundational capability for HR professionals and
people leaders.
