- 1. Develop a comprehensive, meticulously considered, and clear set of guidelines for efficiently addressing inquiries from members, users, and the general public within the online community forum.
- 2. Outline guidelines that promote professionalism and facilitate an organized and orderly approach to managing and responding to queries.
- 3. Identify and appoint subject matter experts to handle inquiries professionally and competently by providing sound advice and practical solutions to problems.

- i. External stakeholders of PMAP (Members and Non-Members who opted to use PMAP’s social media pages and website)
- ii. Internal stakeholders (PMAP Staff, Subject Matter Experts as Moderators, Ethics Committee, Legal Adviser/s)
