  2. 2. Outline guidelines that promote professionalism and facilitate an organized and orderly approach to managing and responding to queries.
  3. 3. Identify and appoint subject matter experts to handle inquiries professionally and competently by providing sound advice and practical solutions to problems.

  1. i. External stakeholders of PMAP (Members and Non-Members who opted to use PMAP’s social media pages and website)
  2. ii. Internal stakeholders (PMAP Staff, Subject Matter Experts as Moderators, Ethics Committee, Legal Adviser/s)
