An advocate is any individual or institution which registers itself formally to avail of specific services of the Association, abiding with the requirements and rules for purposes of availment.

ACADEME/TEACHERS & GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ā Employed as such.
HR PROFESSIONALS ā Employed, non-managerial position
YOUNG PROFESSIONAL - A Newly graduate individuals of any bachelorās degree.
WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED?
Photocopy of the Companyās SEC
Photocopy of the Companyās SSS Registration
Proof of the Companyās regular remittance to the SSS (latest 3 months)
Latest Audited Financial Statements
Company Organizational Chart
Job Description and one (1) Photo each (2ā x 2ā size) of both the Principal, Regular and Alternate Representatives Academe/Teachers, Government Employees & Young/HR Professionals
Fully accomplished PMAP Online Membership application form (Available below)
Recent Bio-Data or Curriculum Vitae with 2Ć2 picture
Copies of Professional Certifications, as required
WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP?
A Seasoned HR practitioner serving in capacity as time of membership.
A specialist in HR but has no attained qualification as professional.
A non-HR but engaged in people management (i.e. Line Managers)

WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES IN FILING AN APPLICATION?
You may use the online membership application form below, fill up the required fields and upload all necessary documents.
The Professional Staff will review and validate submitted requirements prior to endorsement to the PMAP Membership Committee
The Membership Committee evaluates and processes the application and attached documents. A company visit and/or interview may be conducted, if needed.
The Membership Committee recommends the approval or disapproval of the application to the PMAP Board of Directors
Once the application is approved, the applicant will be sent a letter informing them of such. You must then accomplish the following before the Certificate of Membership is awarded:
