Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for building the competencies of Sun Life field managers, primarily (but not limited to) for Visayas and Mindanao through designing, developing and conducting/delivering standard leader development programs.
Qualifications
- With a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Must have at least 3-4 years solid leader training experience in the life insurance industry Must have a basic knowledge of agency management Must be knowledgeable in training program design, delivery and evaluation Must have excellent presentation and platform skills Supervisory experience is an advantage Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Must have basic working knowledge in Canva and Vyond or any related apps
