Job Description

• The position is responsible for the quality execution (design & delivery) of basic training programs to the distribution channels.
• The trainer will also coordinate directly with the local-based CH/RSM and train the trainers.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any Business/Behavioral Science related course
• With 3-5 years’ experience gained as a trainer in a financial, pre-need/life insurance or mutual fund company.
