Job Description

  • Experience developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and step-by-step instructions.
  • Ability to analyze training requirements and present effective educational solutions.
  • Knowledge of audience-engagement techniques for different learning styles and ability to implement them in both a face-to-face learning environment and in an e-learning course.
  • Experience with current authoring tools required, experience in creating interactive courses and lively video modules is an advantage.
  • Experience using Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and other curriculum development, or multi-media tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working with dual screens, and general computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in training.
  • Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules in Makati City
