Job Description
Pre-Sales
- Learns and understands the product/s assigned to be supported for pre-sale or post-sale
activity. - Assists sales in discovering the client’s needs.
- Create design and/or a bill of materials to solve the client’s problem or needs.
- Accompany the sales or product team in client calls to assist with all technical queries
and questions from the sales team, resellers, and end-users. - Conducts technical presentations and Demonstrates products and/or solutions to clients,
when needed.
Post/After-Sales
- Support or assist resellers in installing/configuring the product/s at their customer’s site.
- Provide basic training and instruction to resellers on how to use the product/s
effectively. - Support or assist resellers in their inquiries regarding the product/s.
- Facilitates warranty and support claims of resellers with the product manufacturer.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering,
Information Technology, or Computer Science. - With at least 1-2 years of work experience in the same industry. Fresh graduates are
welcome to apply. - Must be knowledgeable to different IT Products (Holowits, Ransnet, Citrix, NComputing,
Huawei Solar, HCL, Veeam, Poly) - Technical certifications in IT and in the Electronics Security field are an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally either locally or internationally when needed.
- Must have experience in Product Demo/ Presentations.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond.
