Job Description

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

2. CPA license or having any cerfications relevant to the job is an advantage.

3. At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or position.

4. 20 to 40 years old.

5. Knowledgeable in government compliances with the BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and LGUs, and good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel and attentive to details.

6. Experience in SAP accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.

7. Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Can work with minimal supervision and deadline oriented.

9. Has a good moral character and office etiquette.

10. Preferred Metro Manila residents.

11. Office based and remote working arrangement.

12. Can start immediately.

Roles and Responsibilies: 1. Ensures mely filing and payment of all corporate monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns and supporng schedules and alphalists/reliefs which includes, among others, Value Added tax, withholding tax, Income tax, Final Tax, DST and other returns that arise during the course of business subject to review of Accounng Manager. 2. Coordinates renewal of business permits to liaison in charge and monitors real property taxes with the staff in charge. 3. Ensures compliance to BIR’s tax mapping requirements. 4. Reviews and monitors the mely issuance of BIR Form 2307. 5. Reviews and monitors the mely payment of BIR Form 1606. 6. Files annual inventory list with the BIR. 7. Handles tax queries from clients, suppliers, and Management regarding tax treatments. 8. Provides assistance in handling of BIR examinaons and other special projects. 9. Responsible for the response to the leer of noces from the BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and LGUs if any. 10. Reviews tax accounts and proposes entries to correct balances of tax accounts. 11. Reviews and checks Maceda refund compliances from back out buyers if any. 12. Coordinate with Corporate Secretary and Company lawyers for legal compliances if needed. 13. Assists the Accounng Manager during annual audit of financial statements. 14. Addional dues as directed by Accounng Manager.
