- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of hands-on JIRA experience; 1+ year as a Service Desk admin for 20,000+ users
- Skilled in JIRA-based Agile/DevOps project support
- Strong Groovy scripting skills using JMWE and similar tools for advanced workflow customization
- Experienced in using Confluence for managing and sharing JIRA-related content
- Proficient in SQL, REGEX, and HTML for JIRA configuration
- Bonus: Familiar with Deviniti suite, BigPicture, and maintaining Atlassian services on Linux
