Job Description
- Process Sales Order – Major task
- Checking the availability of stocks or order status (knowledge of inventory management)
- Checking/ Ensure that the details of Sales Order and Reseller’s Purchase Order are matched
- Checking the status of account (basis for approval or disapproval of orders), Cr term and delivery instructions (basis for editing in the system)
- Monitoring items arrived announcement for (Order basis orders) follow up the delivery instruction from AE.
- Attend to Account Executive queries and assist resolving the issue to expedite processing.
Job Qualification
- Graduate of preferably BS Accountancy or any business-related course.
- Must be assertive, fast learner and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Must be Efficient and accurate with details.
- Possesses good communication and listening skills.
- Proficient in basic MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
