Job Summary

Implements effective recruitment activities & strategies from talent sourcing & pooling, test administration, screening, job offer preparation, and employee on-boarding. Assists in manpower planning for the purpose of annual Budgeting. Establishes partnerships with job portal providers, headhunters, government agencies & universities for the effective sourcing of candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Ensures effective implementation of the company’s overall recruitment programs, policies, and strategies in sourcing and placement of quality, culture fit and job fit talents within the agreed turn-around-time.
  • Prepares or drafts content and design of job postings on LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other job portals and social networking sites.
  • Supervises the Recruitment Specialists and conducts regular performance evaluation.
  • Monitors recruitment performance through metrics such turn-around-time (TAT), cost per hire, quality hires etc.
  • Develops and implements strategic sourcing methods and strategies that are effective in addressing urgent recruitment needs for critical positions.
  • Provides necessary data to be used in the determination of manpower budget and maintain monitoring system on Personnel Requisitions and analysis to forecast future manpower requirements.
  • Coordinates with Officers, Functional Heads and Managers with regard to their manpower vacancies.
  • Establishes and maintains network and partnerships with job portal providers, headhunters, universities, government agencies, and manpower agencies.
  • Coordinates with Manpower Agencies and provides the needs for contractual by all Departments within the Group of Companies.
  • Abides by labor laws and regulations regarding recruitment and placement.
  • Submits employee Turn-Over Report and analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Ensures that the probationary, project-based, and contractual employees are strictly monitored and notices of expiration are served to their Department Heads
  • Suggests value-enhancing activities and work improvements within areas of responsibility, guided by basic principles on cost-effectiveness and quality management.
  • Ensures that learning and development needs of direct reports are addressed, based on their specific competency requirements indicated in their respective training plan.

Qualification

  •  Graduate of a four-year course preferably Psychology / Behavioral Science / HR Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience. Preferably with manufacturing companies or Executive Recruitment Companies.
  • Knowledgeable in Labor Law
