Job Description

Job Summary

 Responsible for managing the end-to-end Recruitment for competent employees in order to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Develop and implement Plans & Programs in the field of Organization Development (OD), Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Learning & Development (L&D) aligned with the company objectives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • In-charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening of candidates, documentation (Job Offer and Job Description preparation) and on boarding (HR Orientation) of hired candidates, up to monitoring of probationary employees until the new hire is regularized.
  • Maintains a monitoring system and control of all Personnel Requisitions versus the approved Annual Manpower Budget for all Departments.
  • Monitors all job openings and coordinates with requesting Functional Heads,
  • Monitors expiration of probationary period of probationary employees and contracts of Consultants and Contractual and takes appropriate action prior to expiration.

Organizational Development

  • Conducts organization review and recommends changes on the organizational chart based on the analysis of the existing organizational structure aligned with the business objectives.
  • Monitors the update of approved Organizational Charts for all functional departments of the companies.
  • Reviews all Job Descriptions in consultation with the Functional Heads in order to make them more descriptive; Revise, update, recommend and implement changes in the Job Descriptions based on the review of the current tasks and job functions of the incumbents. Develop Job Description for newly created positions,
  • Oversees the maintenance, update and file keeping of approved Job Descriptions.
  • Designs programs that strengthen company culture and image.
  • Proposes and implements change and transition management programs.
  • Conducts employee exit interviews and prepare an analysis report on the separation of the employee.

Qualification

  • Graduate of any four-year course of BS Psychology / Behavioral Science / HR Management.
  • Minimum of 15 years of related work experience with manufacturing companies HR Consultancy Firms.
  • Must have good network with head hunters.
  • Must possess skills in training design, conduct and management of the individual training and development
  • Knowledgeable of OD Principles and Interventions.        
  • Knowledgeable of the Labor Law.
