Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of housing units prior to turnover.
  • Ensuring that necessary manpower, materials, and equipment are available to execute repair and maintenance activity.
  • Managing turnover units to the homeowners and/or HOA.
  • Maintain good relationships with homeowners by answering questions and concerns with speed and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting management of homeowner relations.
  • Oversee and ensure maintenance and upkeep of village grounds and common areas, safety, and security of all homeowners.
  • Hear complaints, investigates, mediates disputes and conflicts, and resolves issues that may arise.
  • Respond to all emergency maintenance requests immediately and coordinate corrective action.
  • Issue notices and fines to erring and non-compliant homeowners for consistent violations and after several mediations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Civil Engineer
  • Relevant experience in Quality Control and Assurance for housing repairs (from take-out, homeowner punch list, and the like.
  • Proven at least one year of work experience as a Property Management or similar role in Customer Service
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritization skills
