The position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of requests sent through the disbursement mailbox. Accountable for ensuring the correctness and validity of all disbursement transactions.
Qualifications
- College/University Graduate in any 4 years business related course
- At least 3 years experience in a customer service environment specializing in disbursements and complex inquiry handling.
