Job Description

• 
  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, handling live seller’s and account management, or fulfillment
• In-depth understanding of e-commerce processes
• Experience with TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada store backend is preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments
