Job Description
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or BS Information Technology
- At least 2 – 3 years work experience in assisting top level positions
- Experienced in office administration works such as timekeeping and ISO related documentations
- Knowledgeable in different MS applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams and – – SAP or an equivalent software
- Computer savvy and has the ability to grasp new technologies
- With good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Discreet and tactful in dealing with people
- Must be residing in Muntinlupa area or nearby municipalities
