• Candidate must possess at least 4-year college degree in allied medical course
• Undergraduate of allied medical course or graduate of any non-medical course may be accepted
• Experience as a customer service representative or any related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of medical terms, procedures, and abbreviations is an advantage
• 23-30 + years old
• Physically Fit, Available to work in a shifting schedule
• Available to work onsite, Hybrid and be deployed to clients as temporary reliervers
• Available to attend training
