Job Description
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, understanding their needs and business models, to optimize sales and service delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies that enhance product reach and penetration in the target markets. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
- Regularly evaluate the sales performance of key accounts and distributors, using data to adjust strategies and improve results. Prepare detailed reports on sales trends, distributor performance, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with key accounts and distributors to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and provide ongoing support. Facilitate collaboration between company departments and external partners to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts and distributors to secure profitable deals. Ensure all parties adhere to contract specifications and company policies.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain the company’s competitive edge.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues that key accounts and distributors may encounter. Ensure high levels of satisfaction through prompt and effective problem-solving.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a non-related field with equivalent work experience
- Proven experience Key Accounts, Distribution, or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills. Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively. Customer-focused approach with a strategic mindset.
- Exposed to National Key Accounts (NKAs) and Modern Trade (MT)
