Job Description
IT Engineer (Service Desk) will be responsible for providing technical support to the client organization’s internal users of computer applications and hardware, answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures within a call center environment. He/ She will collaborate with other groups like network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify solutions to problems; patch management and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering / Information Technology or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in IT service desk (help desk) is preferred.
- Willing to handle troubleshooting incidents (computer remoting)
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Can work from home and report onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
