• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Ability to assess financial data, operational processes, and compliance with regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Fluency in both Filipino and English, verbally and in writing.
