- Administers various employee benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
- Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
- Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management or equivalent
- With at least 1-year work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits
