Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Implement performance management processes to ensure employees are motivated, engaged, and meeting performance goals.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and managing employee benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and support business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external HR partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed HR decisions.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. An MBA or equivalent degree would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Filipino labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both Filipino and English, both spoken and written.
