1. Male or Female
2. 30-45 years old
3. Preferably graduate of AB-Psychology or BS Psychology
4. With at least 1 year experience as HR Manager or Supervisor

Job Description

1. Must be familiar with the Labor Code of the Philippines – Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
2. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
3. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
4. Managing the recruitment and selection process – collaborate with executives on decisions impacting all management levels -fostering sustainable transformation within the company –
5. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program -oversee and manage employee evaluation/ appraisal
