Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize and maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee attendance tracking.
- Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
