Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help organize and maintain employee records and HR documents.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
