Job Description

The position is responsible for the effective and efficient management of all engagement and digital platforms of the Sun Life Philippines. This includes resource planning, performance management, training and development and career management of pool of platform and application owners and their respective delivery squads.

Qualifications

• College/University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related courses
• More than 10 years experience in IT development projects, more than 5 years experience in project management, at least 5 years engineering experience
