Job Description

• Preparation of housing layout for construction and homeowner’s request
• Timely revision of construction drawings per site recommendation and actual considerations
• Preparation of detailed shop drawing and construction drawings in compliance with building codes and subdivision regulatory codes.
• Produce 3D animation, walk through, and architect’s perspective.
• Assess and review homeowner’s house improvement plan in coordination with Property Management Department and CSR Department.
• Preparation of building permit documents
• Working Closely with the Planning and Design Team
• Other job tasks may be assigned by the Department Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• At least 1 year of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development or architectural firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Lumion.
• Knowledge of National building Code (PD 1096) and Subdivision regulatory codes (BP 220, PD 957)
• Understands technical drawing principles, architectural and engineering design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
