Job Description

• Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Calculate overall project cost using realistic productivity rate or data on material, labor & equipment
• Compares historical data as cost factors for expenses like purchases, inventory and labor
• Conducts site visits for proper understanding of actual site condition to consider factors on cost analysis of the project
• Adhere to company standards and guidelines when analyzing and providing estimations; focus on maximizing profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer.
• Proven work experiencce as an Estimator or similar role for a least 2 years
• Experienced in MS Excel or other estimating softwares
• Familiarity with residential housing and amenities, land development, slop protections and renovation works
• In depth knowledge oof research and date analysis methods and estimation formulas
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Works well with a team, respectful and willing to be trained
