Job Description

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as shareholder agreements, NDAs, and service contracts.
• Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations as necessary.
• Advise senior management on legal risks related to strategic business decisions.
• Conduct legal research to support internal teams on regulatory issues and policy development.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal matters or litigation.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
• Support in handling intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright registrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Juris Doctor preferred
• Licensed to practice law; member of the local bar
• At least 2–3 years of corporate legal experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and business law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management is a plus
