Job Description

• In depth knowledge about residential housing/ mass housing and amenities, land development, slope protections and renovation works methodology.
• Advertise and/or post the invitation to bid/request for expression of interest.
• Conduct pre-bid conferences.
• Determine the eligibility of prospective bidders/contractors.
• Review cost proposals and designs.
• Conduct inspection of previous projects of bidders.
• Analyze financial capacity of bidders/contractors.
• Undertake post-qualification proceedings.
• Resolve motions for reconsiderations.
• Recommend award of contract to the head or his duly authorized representative.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Civil Engineering, license is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Bids & Awards Committee for at least 2 years
• Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PPT and other online files
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Proactive and responsible
• Excellent organizational skills
• Works well with a team, respectful and willing to be trained
