Job Description
- Updates sellers/brokers inventory, price list, ongoing promos, assist their inquiries and concerns.
- Provides the Brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such as handouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digital materials for the successful promotion of the project.
- Maintains an accurate and active database of broker organizations
- Provides the Brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such as handouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digital materials for the successful promotion of the project.
- Assist brokers and sellers thru project knowledge, site orientation, trippings, and closing of sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant business course.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales administration and in dealing with brokers and agents, gained from real estate or property development industry.
- With outstanding customer relations skills and must be proactive in addressing the needs of the customers.
