Two (2) Available Posions
Qualificaons/Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Accounting Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or position is an advantage.
3. 20 to 40 years old.
4. Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures, good written and oral communictiaon skills, proficient in MS Excel and attentive to details.
5. Experience in SAP accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.
6. Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Data entry skills and ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
8. Has a good moral character and office etiquette.
9. Preferred Metro Manila residents.
10. Office based and remote working arrangement.
11. Can start immediately
Roles and Responsibilies:
1. Records day-to-day financial transacons in the books of accounts.
2. Prepares accounts payable voucher, check voucher, cheques, and BIR Form 2307.
3. Monitors, reviews, and reconciles receivables and collections.
4. Liaise with banks and other government agencies such as BIR, SEC, LGU, SSS, PHIC and HDMF if necessary.
5. Assist in processing of transfer of tles in BIR and registry of deeds.
6. Prepare and review contracts documentation, official receipts and other filings.
7. Assists the Accounting Manager in preparing audit schedules during audit.
8. Other tasks that may be assigned.
